SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Thank you for shopping with Sleeper Nerdz & Co. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping and returns policies. As a small business, we are deeply appreciative of every purchase and are so grateful for your support!

Shipping Processing Time 

All orders are set to be processed within 3-5 business days, but due to the shipping delays affecting inventory, orders may take up to 4 to 6 weeks to process. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you directly via email or text.

Please note that during the holiday season, our processing times and shipping times may be even more delayed. Any order placed after Thanksgiving is NOT guaranteed by Christmas, but we will be doing our best to get every order out as quickly as possible.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Estimates (USA)

We offer free shipping on orders over $80 within the United States.  Following the 2-3 day processing time of your package, it will arrive within 2-3 business days via First-Class Mail First Class Package Service.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Estimates (International)

We offer international shipping through USPS and UPS. Rates are automatically calculated based on weight and distance traveled, and directly reflect our costs. International shoppers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that maybe assessed by their home country.

You can expect delivery within 2-8 weeks depending on the country. Due to the high cost of shipping, we do not offer returns on international orders.

Return Policy

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, you are entitled to return your order within 7 days of delivery. Once the product is received, we will refund your original payment method minus the cost of return shipping. We appreciate if the product is returned in the same quality and condition as received. Due to the high costs of shipping, we do not offer international returns.
